Al-Bustan resort

Al-Bustan is a beach resort located north of Gaza City on the Mediterranean shore, opened in 2010 with facilities including a swimming pool, restaurant, artificial pier, and fish farm. The resort operates under Islamic guidelines and has drawn scrutiny as part of a broader construction boom in Gaza's recreational infrastructure during the early 2010s.
