Festivalgate was an amusement park located in the Shinsekai district of Osaka, Japan, that operated from 1997 until its demolition in 2012 on the site of a former railway depot near Shin-Imamiya Station. The park was notable for being initially operated by a private company before the municipal government took over following the company's bankruptcy in 2004.
